The Acorn fed 100% Ibérico Loin is a dry cured pork loin that is made in true artisan fashion in Jabugo from a whole piece corresponding to the lumbar muscular mass. It is known for a powerful and fragrant aroma, a slight maroon and ashy colour with a very well-defined shine and a mild paprika flavour with hints of smoke. An irresistible Cinco Jotas delicacy.

Con un aroma potente y fragante, un color tenue granate y ceniza, con brillo muy definido, y un suave sabor a pimentón con recuerdos de humo.
