Oloroso Seco Alfonso wine is made by grapes of the Palomino variety of vines located in Jerez. The wine is produced with two types of aging: The first is biological called under flower veil and the second is oxidative under a system of criaderas and soleras. This wine has notes of caramel, hazelnuts, noble woods and sandalwood.
