Our white grapes of the “Viura” and “Malvasía” varieties come from the highest, poorest soils of our old vineyards, where the vines are well-aired and receive plenty of sunshine to produce our best berries.
Fermented in new, fine-grained, “Allier” oak casks and then left to age on the lees for 28 months in the same casks.
The wine has an intense yellow with golden tones colour. Clean, bright and with a light oxidation.
Before swirling in the glass there are elegant aromas of balsamic herbs as fennel, peppermint, sage… After swirling, intense perfume aromas appear as cedar, honey and nuts such as hazelnuts, sweet almond…
When tasted it is soft, glyceric and silky mouth-feel. Its passage through the mouth brings back reminders of aromatic herbs, spicy nuances and complexity. It has a long, fresh and powerful aftertaste with good acidity and citrus & mineral reminders.

Another "wow" wine and also a generous dose of "OMG". This wine you just have to try. Danish Winemaker Peter Sisseck is the genius behind one of Spain´s most cult and expensive wines "Pingus" and knows and understands the Ribera del Duero region intimately. PSI is a relatively new project,...
Terras Gauda is a large and reliable producer of Albariños and other Galician whites, based in the O-Rosal subzone of the Rías Baixas region. This verdant area is the furthest south of the region and this has no doubt contributed to the slightly weightier, peachy style of white here. Whilst large,...
Another stunning wine from the breathtaking Ribeira Sacra region, this one winning a Regional Trophy in Decanter Magazine. Juicy perfumed Mencía, aged for 12 months in new French oak. PLEASE NOTE THAT SPECIAL SHIPPING RATES APPLY TO ALCOHOLIC ITEMS.
I love this wine! Brilliant, mouthfilling, textured genius from Rafael Palacios. Made from the über-trendy Godello grape, grown at 600m altitude in Valdeorras in NW Spain, this type of wine is right at the forefront of Spanish winemaking. Showing citrus, fennel and stonefruit notes and a bit like a Chardonnay...
