In London we discover the Georgian wines. The RAW (Real Artisan Wine) showed the elaborations of the so-called orange wines. White wines fermented with the skins and with a different aromatic charge and amber colors. Those ancestral wines rediscovered so far, are the ones that have been elaborated here in the penisula all the life in the subterranean cellars of our towns. Trying those wines brought me back to the denuded "embellishments" never covered by any Denomination of Origin.
Grape variety: Godello and Albillo real.
Fermented with its own skins and wild yeast in both oak and steel. Out door decanted and light filtered.
