Amontillado - El Maestro Sierra

Amontillados are interesting nutty wines that have spent time ageing under flor yeast, then a further period in barrels with no flor. In this case a total of 12 years in total, resulting in a wine of almost infinite complexity. From a top producer, founded in 1832, this is a great example which is very highly regarded. Serve as an apperitif with salted almonds or try during a meal with consommé, chicken, mushroom or rice dishes.
