The wine El Marciano was made from garnacha grapes manually picked from the third week of October. On reaching the winery only 10% of the grape was destemmed, 80% was left intact and 10% of the remaining was supplied in clusters without squeezing. Maceration for 40 days with daily pumping in 1,500 liter stainless steel tank and subsequent malolactic fermentation also in steel tanks. Once the fermentation is finished, the winter cold is used to clarify and stabilize the wine naturally. Finally the impurities are decanted allowing their subsequent bottling in conditions of clarity.
