Lomo, or loin, is a beloved cut of meat all across Spain. Our resident jamónero Sylvain has a special source for his cured lomo and he personally hand carves every one before packaging. Rubbed with a mixture of salt, spices, garlic and olive oil this cured meat is sweet and delicious.
