Solo olive oil

We are glad to present you this fabulous olive oil, wich is created by one of the chefs of the distintive Michelin star restaurant Mugaritz.

This great olive oil that has become a "must" in our cookery school, is obtained from Picual variety olives  located in Olivares de Baños de la Encina (Sevilla) and wich are harvested and crushed in December. 

Smoth and almondy in mouth and peppery and bitter in throat at the same time, best conbination for all sort of dishes.

Os presentamos este fabuloso aceite, creado por Juan Vargas, uno del los chefs del emblemático restaurante estrella Michelin Mugaritz. 

Este aceite que tanto nos gusta es obtenida con aceituna Picual de Olivares de Baños de la Encina (Sevilla) y que es recogida y molturada en Diciembre. Suave en boca, amargo y picante en garganta al mismo tiempo, una combinación perfecta para terminar cualquier tipo de plato.
