The Inés Rosales Olive Oil Torta is an emblematic product from Seville. It consists of a round Torta, which is flat and around 12 centimetres in diameter. A mix of savoury and sweet with a touch of aniseed, it follows the exact same recipe that Doña Inés Rosales Cabello rescued in 1910.
