The Inés Rosales Olive Oil Torta is an emblematic product from Seville. It consists of a round Torta, which is flat and around 12 centimetres in diameter. It is 100% natural and made from Wheat flour, Premium Quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil, sugar and aromatic spices. A mix of savoury and sweet with a touch of aniseed, it follows the exact same recipe that Doña Inés Rosales Cabello rescued in 1910. The Sweet Olive Oil Torta is traditionally eaten with tea or coffee for breakfast or supper or as a sweet snack at any time during the day.
